Sauce Moyo
Ingredients

Scotch bonnet pepper
seeded and finely chopped

tablespoon
chopped fresh parslely
1
tablespoon
finely chopped chives
Juice of 1 lime

garlic cloves
finely chopped
2
cups
seeded
chopped plum tomatoes
1
red onion
thinly sliced
2
tablespoons
vegetable oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Let sit for an hour for the flavors to develop.
