Sauce Moyo

Ingredients

  • 1 Scotch bonnet pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parslely
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 2 cups seeded chopped plum tomatoes
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Let sit for an hour for the flavors to develop.
