Lamb Loin Roast
The lamb loin roast is one of the most tender and prized lamb cuts. Rub the loin with olive oil, herbs and your favorite spices. It is common to first sear and then finish in the oven. The result is succulent and delicately flavored meat.
Our full and half loin is bone-in and untrimmed. It is easily boned if preferred for recipes that call for stuffed, rolled and tied loin. 100% grass fed lamb.

Our lamb & goat meat is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed for freshness, then frozen, and shipped in insulated, reusable coolers with gel packs and/or dry ice. We provide FedEx 2Day or FedEx Home delivery depending upon your location at $24.95 flat rate to the continental U.S. Free Shipping is offered for continental U.S. orders over $250.00. We will ship your order on Monday, Tuesday or occasionally on Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know and verify with us that this is possible. Every order is individually selected and packaged. This takes time and as this is a working farm, our animals have priority. It is unlikely we will be able to ship the same day your order is received.
