Custom Cuts: A whole or half lamb cut and wrapped to your specifications is your best deal that offers a variety in cuts. It can be purchased in quarters, halves, six way cut or by the whole. We will cut and package it exactly as you like it and will take you through the process step by step. Depending on how many boneless cuts you select you will get approximately 40 pounds of meat cuts from a whole lamb.
