Spicy Ground Goat or Lamb with Tomato

Ingredients:

2 T. butter 1 pound ground Goat or Lamb
2 cloves 1 medium tomato diced
1 t. garlic crushed chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 t. ginger chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
4 dried red chilies crushed
1 T garam masala*
1/2 t. turmeric

To prepare:

Heat butter and add all spices and chilies. Add ground meat when the spices start to sizzle. Stir everything together and then add garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric and salt. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes and then add chopped tomatoes.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm with basmati rice, flat bread or taco shell.

*Optional substitute TAVIA spice blend for an unique taste
