Grilled Burgers
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground Goat or Meat 2 T. olive oil
1 t. garam masala* 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 t. turmeric 1 sliced red onion
1 t. salt Fresh lettuce leaves
1/2 t. garlic, chopped 2 sliced tomatoes
1/2 t. ginger, chopped
1 cup green onions, chopped
To prepare:
Add all ingredients to the ground meat in a big bowl and mix thoroughly. Make eight patties and place on a heated grill. When both sides are well done, serve with tomatoes, onions and lettuce.
